As an independent entity, Kandyy 'Aviation Think Tank' operates as a strategic platform dedicated to implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within Nepal’s aviation sector. Through cutting-edge research, evidence-based policy advisory, professional and executive training, and capacity-building initiatives, Kandyy advances aviation governance, operational efficiency, and innovation. Its mission is to build a skilled and future-ready workforce, strengthen institutional frameworks, and drive sustainable modernization across the aviation ecosystem.
Aligned with the SDGs, Kandyy promotes Quality Education (SDG 4) through professional training and career development; Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8) by fostering skilled employment and sectoral advancement; Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (SDG 9) through modernization of airports, airlines, and navigation systems; Climate Action (SDG 13) by supporting sustainable and eco-friendly aviation practices; and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17) through collaboration with national and international think tanks, universities, and aviation organizations.

Kandyy's Aviation Consultation 📝 provides strategic guidance to strengthen Nepal’s aviation sector. We work closely with airlines, airports, regulatory authorities, aircraft operators, and other aviation stakeholders to enhance governance, operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Through evidence-based advisory, policy guidance, and expert recommendations, we help organizations implement best practices, modernize operations, and drive sustainable growth. Our consultation services aim to bridge gaps between policy, industry, and professional development, fostering a safe, innovative, and globally competitive aviation ecosystem in Nepal. Aviation Training
Kandyy's Aviation Training Department 🧑✈️ provides specialized programs in critical aviation disciplines that are currently underrepresented in the region. Our training combines rigorous theoretical knowledge, hands-on practical experience, virtual classes, and fully online courses, allowing students and pofessionals to gain advanced aviation skills from anywhere in the world 🌏.
We offer a range of programs to meet diverse needs, including Aviation Training, Executive Training, Professional Training, Pilot Training, Aviation Enthusiasts Training, and Other Specialized Training. Participants gain expertise in commercial and private piloting, aircraft maintenance engineering, avionics, air traffic management, and unmanned aerial systems (drones), preparing them to meet the growing demands of the aviation industry.
Through collaboration with leading international institutes and training centers, we provide in-person, hands-on training abroad, as well as virtual and online programs, ensuring flexible access to world-class education. Participants earn globally recognized certifications, gain exposure to best practices, and develop practical skills to implement modern aviation solutions. By integrating theory, hands-on experience, and international standards, our training empowers aviation professionals to drive innovation, ensure safe and sustainable air operations, and contribute to a competitive and self-reliant aviation sector ✈️. Kandyy Co-op Education 🎓🧑✈️ is a structured program designed to provide aspiring aviation professionals with practical, real-world experience abroad 🌏, in collaboration with leading academic institutes and aviation training centers worldwide ✈️. The program is tailored for government-recommended candidates and aviation enthusiasts who want to learn, gain professional skills, and return 🇳🇵 to advance Nepal’s aviation industry.
The Co-op Education program integrates academic learning with hands-on experience, allowing participants to apply theoretical knowledge in real aviation environments ⚙️, including areas such as aircraft operations, airport management, aviation technology, and aviation services 💡. Participants receive mentorship 🤝, guidance from industry professionals, and exposure to international standards 🌏, equipping them with the skills required to excel in the global aviation sector.
By completing the program, students return to Nepal with enhanced technical expertise, professional confidence, and global industry exposure, ready to contribute to Nepal’s aviation growth and innovation ✈️. This initiative strengthens individual careers while supporting Nepal’s vision to become a regional hub for aviation excellence.

Kandyy Apprenticeship Project 🏢🧑✈️ is a comprehensive initiative designed to provide aspiring aviation professionals with hands-on, practical experience abroad 🌏, in collaboration with leading academic institutes and training centers worldwide ✈️. The program targets government-recommended candidates and aviation enthusiasts who want to learn, earn skills, and return 🇳🇵 to contribute effectively to Nepal’s aviation industry.
The Apprenticeship Project offers a structured, real-world learning pathway that combines on-the-job aviation training, mentorship 🤝, and cooperative learning 🎓. Participants gain practical skills in areas such as aircraft operations, maintenance, airport management, and aviation services ⚙️, while also learning global best practices, safety standards, and professional workflows 💡.
By the end of the program, apprentices return to Nepal with industry-ready expertise, professional confidence, and international exposure 🌏, enabling them to make meaningful contributions to the growth and development of the aviation sector.
